Three days at Navalia’s stand 2B02 are enough for plenty of conversations, and its tenth edition was no exception. This was no ordinary edition of the fair. With 602 exhibitors, 1,200 brands represented and over 20,000 trade visitors from across five continents, the organisers themselves have described it as the most successful edition in the fair’s history. Ten editions, twenty years of Navalia.
We have had the privilege of welcoming top-level professionals from the sector. Shipyards with whom we have maintained a relationship for decades, leading engineering firms, national and international shipowners, technology partners and representatives of classification societies. High-quality technical discussions, in line with the exacting standards that characterise the naval sector.
Our own products: diamar®, our triple CANBUS automation system; diamar® REMOTE, for remote on-board monitoring; NEREIDA, a state-of-the-art cargo calculator; and SEDNI Systems: fire detection, internal communications and remote level gauges. We held a conference on new diamar developments which, to our satisfaction, aroused the interest of many people in the sector.
We also showcased products from companies such as Steerprop (propulsion packages with azimuth main propulsion), Finnoy (propulsion packages with CPP variable-pitch main propulsion), STADT (diesel-electric propulsion with MSB and AC operation) and WETECH (diesel-electric propulsion systems with DC MSB).
